Night works and road closures
As our project is nearing completion, please be advised of our upcoming surfacing work.
Please note, these works do have noisy elements. We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your continued co-operation and patience.
Tuesday 7th – Friday 10th May – from 19:00 to 06:00
There will be lane closures around the Hunger Hill Junction to enable the installation of traffic signal loops. This will involve saw cutting the new road surface and whilst we will do all we can to minimise the disruption, these works will create noise
Saturday 11th May 20:00 – Monday 13th May 06:00
We will be closing Towngate Bridge southbound to continue the jointing works to the bridge. The diversion route will be via Wimborne Road, Cabot Lane, Broadstone Way and Holes Bay Road.
This closure will be installed again from Monday 13th May 19:00 – Tuesday 14th May 06:00 to complete the jointing works. These works will also be creating noise.
