We have completed ground stabilisation an improved method of creating a good foundation for the building and roads without the need to export and import large volumes of soils and stone aggregate, thus reducing our carbon footprint and reducing impact on the local environment
We have installed base course tarmac to the main road through the site to provide a clean running lan
All steel frame units are now complete, roofing and cladding are well underway and drainage and services ducts works continue.
We have created space on the site to allow for workforce parking, this will reduce the need of street parking in the local area.
